Our Wedding

From our first date walking through Piermont's small galleries, to the big day at Montclair Art Museum, our love has been much like enjoying creative spaces. The ever-changing exhibits of life leaving us with constant excitement, questions, and opportunities to grow. We fell in love not with perfection, but with the process—with the brushstrokes, the sketches, and the shared vision. We can't wait to start painting the canvas of our shared life with those who we love and cherish the most.

Don't call it a comeback, he's been here for years, eating lemons.

Alex and Mark knew when they met as babies that this would be a friendship to stand the test of time.  Through hebrew school, NFTY, and figuring out adult life they proved those little babies right.  Alex and Mark share a love of laughter, silliness, and shenanigans.  While the shenanigans have evolved over time they still keep the spirit of those same kids cracking jokes til they cry.

From Thatchers Trivia Night to becoming the founders of the Feminist Frat House, Kristin and Elyssa have been breaking it down funky fresh style since 2014.  Through pandemics, pets, partners, and a whole lot more Kristin has made a habit of knowing just how to be there for Elyssa and vice versa.  Whether the occasion calls for a concert, a delicious meal, or a night on the couch gossiping, Elyssa knows Kristin is here for keeps.

If you plan on taking the Wright family's favorite method of travel you will want to use EWR. Statistically speaking, flying is still the safest way to travel.

If you're taking the train we suggest coming to Newark-Penn and grabbing an uber to Montclair. Those savvy in NJTransit can even train all the way there, but that's between you and god!

One of our early date locations, as well as one of Elyssa's past jobs, the Turtleback Zoo offers an up-close, and sometimes hands on experience with a beautiful array of wildlife. The property the zoo is part of hosts a slew of other activity options, including McLoone's Boathouse where we will be having our welcome reception!

Hike scenic trails, enjoy the panoramic skyline of NYC, have a picnic, or if you're looking to treat yourself try out The Highlawn. It's a very lovely upscale restaurant with gorgeous views where Elyssa &amp; I enjoyed our engagement celebration.

Eagle Rock Reservation

This new restaurant has stepped up to the plate in the competitive foodie scene that is Montclair, NJ. In a town where everything is good Seoul Bistro sticks out for doing traditional dishes with innovative style and a bit of panache.
